ExploreMore with Fran is seeking a Remote Personal Travel Associate to design and book a wide variety of travel experiences, from cruises and resorts to group travel and theme park adventures. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, offering comprehensive training and exciting travel benefits.
What You'll Do
- Design and book diverse travel experiences, including cruises, resorts, group travel, and theme park adventures.
- Coordinate resort bookings to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain and update the resort website and social media channels.
- Use social media and lead-generation tools to attract and convert new clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their travel plans.
- Learn and utilize new software to improve pricing and service delivery.
