Elevate and Delegate is hiring a Remote Operations & Travel Fulfillment Coordinator to support our growing business operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth travel fulfillment, accurate event logistics, and timely communication with clients and vendors.
What You'll Do
- Manage and process auction travel package redemptions from start to finish.
- Book trips, communicate with vendors, and ensure winners receive accurate certificates and confirmations.
- Maintain spreadsheets and documentation to track each booking.
- Provide responsive customer service to auction winners regarding their travel experiences.
- Assist with general administrative and event coordination tasks as needed.
- Ensure accurate tracking of sold packages and prevent double bookings or errors.
- Follow clearly defined processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
- Help manage and organize incoming leads from our lead generation partner.
- Ensure leads are properly qualified, organized, and ready for the sales and marketing team to follow up.
- Track follow-ups and conversion progress.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
- A reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working with a U.S.-based team (PST Time Zone).
Nice to Have
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, or travel booking.
