We're now hiring Operations Supervisors to lead critical on-site operations management from our Remote Control Center in Jebel Ali, Dubai. In this role, you'll orchestrate real-time system coordination, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive rapid incident response. Why Join Aggreko? • Full time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates • Shift based role • Competitive compensation package • Industry-leading benefit plans including medical and travel allowances • Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities • Safety-focused culture What you'll do: • Provide 24/7 remote operations support across the AMEAPAC region • Ensure shift compliance with standard operating procedures, including dispatching, service requests, incidents, and team performance • Follow rigorous communication protocols for structured internal and external interactions • Deliver on-time reporting meeting all stakeholder requirements • Generate timely, accurate reports on remote control center activities and performance metrics • Lead Remote Operations Specialists and manage smooth shift transitions • Analyze remote system data to identify critical trends, patterns, and potential anomalies • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for remote control center operations • Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and data protection measures • Train and mentor staff on remote control center best practices • Support remote permit-to-work (PTW) processes for sites • Continuously monitor and optimize remote control center processes You'll have the following skills and experience: • Engineering Graduate / Higher National Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Engineering • Minimum 5 years' site environment experience • Strong self-management and organizational skills • In-depth knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance • Advanced data analysis capabilities with skills in deriving actionable insights • Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication • Bonus: SCADA & PLC applications experience • Bonus: Power generation and high voltage network background Find out more and apply now.
