PeopleCert is looking for a Remote Online Exams & Customer Experience Assistant fluent in German. In this role, you will enhance the efficiency and excellence of our global certification services by delivering exceptional support and ensuring the secure conduct of exams.
What You'll Do
- Provide exemplary customer service to candidates, testing centers, and stakeholders via email, chat, and phone.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience throughout the examination process.
- Oversee the secure and fair conduct of certification exams at testing centers or online platforms, enforcing rules and protocols.
- Handle technical or procedural issues that arise during exams.
- Execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in systems, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Carry out any reasonably allocated duties relevant to the role with a flexible, customer-centric approach.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent command of English and German (native-like or C2 level).
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Well-organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, including some nightshifts monthly, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar position or function.
- Prior experience in certification of persons and/or training and exam fields.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction.
- LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate.
- ECDL Advance level certification.
