Life360 is seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) to join our mission of providing accessible care. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents in California, building strong therapeutic relationships with youth, their families, and school partners.
What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR and telehealth platform.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners.
- Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate in case consultations and engage in ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to program growth and help refine clinical offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in the state of California.
- Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings.
- Strong telehealth skills and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity.
- Associates-level licenses are NOT accepted for this W-2 or 1099 position.
Benefits & Compensation
- W-2 Annual Salary: $55,000–$116,000 (bi-weekly standardized payment). 1099 Hourly Rate: $70–$105 (plus no-show & late-cancel pay).
- Flexible schedule: Set hours Monday–Friday (3 PM–8 PM) plus optional weekend hours (9am-5pm).

Work Mode
