Wave is hiring a DealHub CPQ Technical Solutions Architect to lead and manage DealHub implementations and integrations with Salesforce and/or HubSpot. In this hands-on, client-facing role, you will combine solution design, technical delivery, and system administration to deliver robust, scalable DealHub solutions that simplify sales processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business goals, pricing models, approval workflows, and data dependencies.
- Design scalable CPQ architectures that integrate DealHub with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other RevOps tools.
- Develop system blueprints and documentation outlining data flows, configurations, and technical dependencies.
- Own the end-to-end setup, configuration, and optimization of DealHub environments.
- Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, approval flows, document templates, and custom workflows.
- Manage data migration, sync, and mapping between DealHub, CRMs, and other integrated systems.
- Implement APIs or middleware solutions (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Make) to ensure smooth data exchange.
- Serve as the primary administrator for DealHub CPQ—maintaining templates, permissions, and settings.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage updates, and optimize configurations for ongoing performance.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in data quality, process governance, and documentation.
- Act as the technical liaison for DealHub-related projects, providing strategic and tactical support.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Train client teams on DealHub functionality and CPQ best practices.
What We're Looking For
- DealHub CPQ Certification (mandatory).
- 3–5+ years in technical implementation, solution architecture, or system administration roles in RevOps, GTM, or SaaS environments.
- Strong background integrating DealHub with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
- Proficiency in configuring pricing rules, product catalogs, quote templates, and approval workflows.
- Experience with CRM customization, automation, and API-based integrations.
- Understanding of RevOps processes (Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity Management, Deal Desk operations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce or HubSpot certifications (Admin, Developer, or Architect-level).
- Hands-on experience with other RevOps tools (Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo, Workato, etc.).
- Prior experience in consulting or agency environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira).
