Make-A-Wish is looking for a Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to provide teletherapy to youth in California. You will deliver care through a telehealth platform and collaborate closely with families and schools to support our mission.
What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, their families, and school partners.
- Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate in case consultations and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to program growth to help refine clinical offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in the state of California.
- Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings.
- Strong telehealth skills and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity.
- Associates are NOT accepted for the W2 or 1099 position.
Benefits & Compensation
- Flexible Schedule: Set hours Monday–Friday (2 PM–8 PM) with optional weekend hours (8am-5pm).

- Contract Perks (1099): Low weekly caseload minimum of 5 sessions, bilingual pay, and cross-license bonuses.

- Compensation: W-2: $55,000–$116,000 annual salary (bi-weekly standardized payment). 1099: $70–$90 per hour plus no-show & late-cancel pay.
