World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Remote Loan Administration Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our Loan Servicing Department by performing operational, analytical, and reporting functions across the loan lifecycle. Your work will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our lending operations.

What You'll Do

Ensure accurate and timely execution of loan servicing and administrative activities.
Produce critical loan servicing reports and conduct financial analysis.
Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures.
Support internal stakeholders with loan data analysis and reporting needs.
Contribute to efficient loan lifecycle management, including payoff processing and arrears management.
Assist with mortgage assignments, lien releases, and UCC management.
Support key servicing activities including loan booking, maintenance, payment processing, escrow administration, lien management, reporting, and member inquiries.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
At least 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and modeling within financial lending or mortgage.
A strong understanding of general business principles, accounting, quantitative analysis, and finance.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF/AND/OR, and other data analysis formulas.
Hands-on experience using Power BI.
Skilled in creating dynamic dashboards in Excel.
You must own a laptop or desktop, as equipment is not provided.
