Houston Properties Team is hiring a Remote Listing Marketing Coordinator to own the listing-marketing engine for our high-volume US residential real estate team. You will turn AI drafts into social content, coordinate open houses, and ensure seller satisfaction through detailed reporting. This role is fully remote but requires overlapping Houston business hours.
What You'll Do
- Execute the 100-point listing-marketing checklist weekly, ensuring 100% completion of tasks like email drips, portal updates, and MLS verifications.
- Turn data into content: review AI-written copy, tweak headlines, and schedule four+ weekly organic posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate every open house: line up hosts, signage, digital RSVPs, and post-event follow-ups; drive monthly attendee counts from 150-250 to new highs.
- Engage the community fast: reply to comments/DMs within SLA, run ManyChat flows, and log every lead to the CRM.
- Level-up AI tools: test prompts, track performance of captions/Reels, and feed wins back into the model.
- Prep & send weekly seller reports with accurate stats and crisp insights.
- Constantly look for ways to improve the client and agent experience.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years listing- or transaction-coordination for a US residential real-estate team, with knowledge of MLS fields, seller disclosures, and US time zones.
- Hands-on social-media experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube); comfortable with Canva/CapCut or similar.
- Familiarity with CRMs, Dotloop/DocuSign, and checklist platforms.
- Excellent written English and client-facing professionalism.
- A track record of working fully remote from the Philippines on US hours.
- Ability to juggle 40–50 active files without dropping details.
- Can spot and improve a weak headline quickly.
- Thrive on night-shift hours that overlap Houston (at least 8 AM–12 PM CT).
- Speak fluent Facebook Insights, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and ManyChat flows.
- Treat AI, automation or no-code tools as teammates.
