Anomaly Squared is looking for a Remote Insurance Lead Generation Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This critical pre-sales role qualifies leads before they are passed to the sales team, directly supporting our growth. You will join a team of talented experts using technology and media to generate customer demand.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact to engage potential clients
- Qualify leads before they are passed on to the sales team
What We're Looking For
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems including Google Chrome
- Can demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Own a computer meeting minimum requirements: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better (or AMD Ryzen 5 or better), Windows 10 or higher, 8GB RAM or more (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
- Own a webcam
- High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
- Have a desk or workstation in a quiet workspace
- Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)

- Compensation: $10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training)
