Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact to connect with prospective clients and assess lead eligibility
- Forward verified leads to the sales department for follow-up
- Conduct both incoming and outgoing customer communications
- Sustain consistent performance while working independently from home

- Webcam is mandatory
- High-speed internet with minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps required
- Must maintain a dedicated desk or workstation in a quiet, distraction-free area
- Two weeks of mandatory virtual training held Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST)
