Anomaly Squared is hiring a Remote Insurance Lead Generation Specialist to serve as the crucial first point of contact for potential clients. You will engage and qualify leads from your home office before passing them to our sales team. We are comprised of talented experts from all walks of life, providing unrivaled expertise.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads before they are passed on to the sales team.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to listen actively and tailor conversations effectively.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, stay focused, and maintain productivity in a remote, unsupervised setting.
- A positive attitude towards calling in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive to consistently hit targets and quotas.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows Based Operating Systems including Google Chrome.
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Ownership of a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook) that meets minimum workstation requirements: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent, Windows 10 or higher, 8GB RAM.
- Ownership of a webcam.
- High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and an upload speed of at least 10.
- A desk or workstation in a quiet workspace.
- Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST).
