Meadow seeks a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (US Night Shift) to be the compassionate first voice families hear when they reach out. You will guide them with clarity through their journey, using our consultative playbook to convert warm inbound leads from first contact to close.
What You'll Do
- Take warm inbound calls and convert them end-to-end using Meadow's consultative playbook.
- Guide customers through our cremation options.
- Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email to ensure families have what they need to make confident decisions.
- Champion 'unmatched hospitality' in every touchpoint.
- Consistently meet revenue goals while maintaining high close rates and strong quality scores.
- Navigate a multi-tool workflow with ease: HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our internal case management system.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably to US consumers (B2C).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A self-driven natural seller who's motivated by hitting goals and creating value for both people and performance.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Confident and empathetic communicator who enjoys helping others, especially over the phone.
- Able to explain things clearly, speak with care, and listen with intention.
- Emotionally steady, highly coachable, and effective working independently.
- Motivated by meaningful work as much as by metrics.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling in high-trust spaces (insurance, healthcare, travel, etc.).
- Speak Spanish.
