OneTouch Direct is hiring a Remote - Inbound Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality bilingual support through voice and email. In this role, you will be a seamless extension of our clients, providing world-class service to a diverse customer base from your home in Bogotá.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls and email.
- Provide clear, timely, and professional solutions.
- Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
- Document interactions and follow up on cases.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma, technical, technological, or professional degree.
- A minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
- Must reside in Bogotá.
- English proficiency at the B2+ – C1 level.
- An internet connection above 300 Mbps with an internet bill as proof.
- A laptop or desktop computer (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) running Windows 10 or higher.
- A hardwired internet connection (ethernet) is required.
- A USB headset (not wireless) with noise-canceling capabilities.
- A webcam (external or integrated) for video communication.
