EX Squared is hiring a Remote Finance Executive to take ownership of our financial strategy and operations. This is a full-time remote position for an experienced leader who can drive financial performance and growth.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term planning.
Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and risk assessment.
Oversee financial compliance and implement robust internal controls.
Partner with leadership to provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Finance Executive, CFO, or senior finance leader.
Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and corporate strategy.
Expertise in financial modeling, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a remote setting.
