Responsibilities
- Reach out to patients using the Medsien platform
- Establish trust quickly and explain program advantages clearly and empathetically
- Listen to patient issues, address objections with compassion, and ensure they feel supported
- Walk patients through the enrollment process step by step with patience and professionalism
- Oversee your patient call schedule and conduct follow-ups to facilitate smooth enrollment
- Record all interactions and results accurately in Medsien’s systems
- Work with the clinical operations team to integrate patients into ongoing care programs
