CVS Health is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. In this role, you will support our mission to care for people in a more connected and compassionate way.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers
- Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements
- Assist with questions about extra benefits, programs, and requests for ID cards
- Strive to provide an excellent experience on every call
What We're Looking For
- Must live on the eastern seaboard
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers both orally and in writing
- Proven ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
- Ability to work from home self-sufficiently and identify an alternate work location when needed
Nice to Have
- Experience working remotely in a call center setting
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
Technical Stack
- High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi not permitted)
