Evernorth Health Services is hiring a Pharmacy Prior Authorization Senior Representative to join our Freedom Fertility team. In this role, you’ll conduct detailed research, obtain prior authorizations, process orders, and serve as a critical communication link for patients and providers.

What You'll Do

Accurately enter prescriptions, adjudicate claims, work rejections, and support patients with medication orders.
Investigate processing and benefit inquiries from the Freedom Inside Sales team rapidly and thoroughly.
Perform insurance inquiries and benefit checks.
Cross-train in multiple areas while maintaining a high standard of proficiency and accuracy.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits and handle patient calls effectively.
Use empathy and strong communication skills to address patient questions, process payments, and follow up on prior authorizations.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of pharmacy technician experience.
Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification.
Valid Arizona State pharmacy technician license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.
Strong math skills related to prescription calculations.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work a rotating schedule: 9 AM - 5:30 PM EST for 3 days/week; 10:30 AM - 7 PM EST for 1 day/week; 12:30 PM - 9 PM EST for 1 day/week; and a Saturday shift of 9 AM - 6 PM EST approximately every 4 weeks.
For remote work: a reliable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload.
