At EX Squared, we are looking for a Remote Customer Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our audio AI technology across Southern Europe. Your mission is to engage directly with customers to ensure they successfully leverage our innovative platform.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers directly to ensure they successfully leverage our innovative platform.
- Analyze product usage to identify friction points and propose tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to drive commercial outcomes that contribute to lasting relationships and sustained revenue growth.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position. Candidates must be located in Southern Europe.
