EX Squared is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to own the end-to-end process for regulatory submissions. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all reporting obligations.
What You'll Do
- Own the complete lifecycle of regulatory reports, from data collection to final submission.
- Design and implement robust controls and governance frameworks for reporting accuracy.
- Analyze new and evolving financial regulations to assess impact on reporting requirements.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Finance, Risk, and Data teams to source and validate report data.
- Prepare detailed documentation and evidence to support all regulatory filings.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to reporting processes and data integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in a senior regulatory reporting role within financial services.
- Deep, practical knowledge of key financial regulations (e.g., Basel, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, Sarbanes-Oxley).
- Proven ability to manage complex reporting cycles with zero tolerance for error.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex regulatory concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in India. You will collaborate with a global, distributed team.
