EX Squared is looking for a Remote Success Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our clients in Austria. Your focus will be on building strong, trusted relationships to ensure clients achieve their goals and realize maximum value from our partnership.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Proactively track client health, drive adoption of our solutions, and ensure high satisfaction
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on renewal processes
- Advocate for client needs internally, working with product and support teams
- Analyze usage data and prepare regular success reviews and reports
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role
- Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and recommendations
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote setting
- Professional fluency in English and German
