EX Squared is searching for a Remote Growth Manager to drive our customer acquisition and retention efforts on a global scale. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to expand our market presence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels.
- Analyze market trends and user data to identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with product and sales goals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on growth metrics to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
