EX Squared is seeking a Lead Strategic Account Manager to own and deepen relationships with our most critical clients. This remote role focuses on strategic partnership development and long-term account growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for key clients
- Lead contract negotiations and manage renewal cycles
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for client leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in strategic account management or enterprise sales
- Strong experience managing complex, high-value client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop strategic growth plans
