About the Role

EX Squared is seeking a Lead Strategic Account Manager to own and deepen relationships with our most critical clients. This remote role focuses on strategic partnership development and long-term account growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for key clients
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage renewal cycles
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for client leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in strategic account management or enterprise sales
  • Strong experience managing complex, high-value client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop strategic growth plans
  • Self-motivated and disciplined for a fully remote work environment

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be prepared for a distributed work environment.
