EX Squared is looking for a Technical Sourcing Manager to own and execute talent discovery for our open technical positions. You will be responsible for building robust pipelines and driving strategic sourcing initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for technical roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active technical candidates
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Utilize various sourcing channels and tools to identify top talent
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and improve processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting
- Strong ability to craft targeted outreach and engage passive candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
