Advantmed is hiring a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our PHA Scheduling Team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits, playing a key part in our Member Engagement efforts by booking appointments for no-cost Prospective Health Assessments.
What You'll Do
- Answer or make calls to members to book appointments for their no-cost Prospective Health Assessments.
- Learn about and address customer needs, complaints, or other service issues.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring customers feel supported.
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing tense situations as needed.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service.
- Make sales or recommendations for products or services that suit client needs.
- Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
- Be available on meetings on camera as and when needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.

Nice to Have
- 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
- Experience working in an outbound sales process.
- Customer service or other directly related experience.
- Ability to type 60 WPM.
