Advantmed is looking for a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our PHA Scheduling Team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls to efficiently schedule Prospective Health Assessment visits for our members. You'll focus on understanding customer needs, building trust, and providing excellent, consistent service.
What You'll Do
- Answer and make calls to book appointments for members' no-cost Prospective Health Assessments.
- Learn about and address customer needs, complaints, or other service issues with empathy and accuracy.
- Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and professionally de-escalate situations as needed.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately to manage interactions.
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Make sales or product recommendations that better suit client needs.
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge.
- Be available for on-camera meetings as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and complete additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with clear diction and an outgoing, pleasing phone personality.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
- A ready-to-learn, go-getter mindset with a sales-oriented approach.
- Solid work history with a record of recognition and promotion.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and be a team player.
- Proficiency with various software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry.
- Ability to type 40 WPM.
- Supreme customer empathy, diplomacy skills, and the ability to build connections.
- Problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Honesty, integrity, and an excellent attendance record.
- Ability to professionally articulate customer call scripts and demonstrate exceptional active listening.
- Ability to manage personal emotions, function as an effective team member, and internalize protocols.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; correct spelling is a must.
- Strong decision-making and computer skills.
- Flexibility to work between 6 am PST - 6 pm PST Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday hours.
- Eligibility to work and perform job responsibilities within the United States.
- A key prerequisite is having a Windows-based laptop/desktop with video-calling capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an outbound sales process.
- Customer service or other directly related experience.
- Ability to type 60 WPM is preferred.

You will report directly to the Call Center Supervisor and collaborate closely with the PHA Scheduling Team.
