As a Remote Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting transplant centers, organ procurement organizations (OPOs), and internal teams across North America. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and effective use of the OrganOx metra® system during liver transplant procedures through real-time remote monitoring and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver immediate, high-quality clinical and technical support during active transplant cases
- Monitor device performance and provide expert input to clinical teams during perfusion procedures
- Document case details and support activities with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with the Clinical Support team using secure remote platforms
- Respond to after-hours requests as part of a rotating 24/7 shift schedule
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver remote clinical and technical expertise in high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to complete a 16-week certification program, which includes travel to training sessions and live case support
- Willingness to travel periodically for training and on-site support as needed
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with a requirement for round-the-clock shift coverage. Candidates must be prepared for a demanding schedule and intermittent travel, especially during the initial certification phase.
