Uptalent.io is looking for a Remote Civil Engineer with deep expertise in Site Plan Design and Grading. You will be responsible for creating detailed site plans and grading layouts, ensuring all designs comply with U.S. regulations and standards. Your work will directly support high-quality project delivery for our U.S.-based clients, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Design site plans and grading layouts for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and design standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on design concepts and specifications.
- Review and analyze project data, including surveys and site assessments.
- Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Site Plan Design and Grading.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D and other engineering design software.
- Previous experience working for the U.S. Market.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. local regulations and design standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work remotely.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to showcase a captivating portfolio highlighting Site Plan Design and Grading projects developed independently.
