Join velyra, a company with over 350 team members, as a Remote Chat-Moderator. You'll communicate with a creator's fans, build relationships, and sell exclusive content following clear guidelines. This is a 100% remote role with flexible part-time or full-time hours and unlimited commission-based earnings.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with fans, listen to their needs, and build lasting relationships.
- Create exciting experiences by fulfilling fan wishes and dreams.
- Sell the creator's exclusive content in chat at appropriate moments, following step-by-step instructions.
- Document fan preferences and interests in a CRM system.
- Maintain the creator's profile according to guidelines and post daily content to the feed.
- Respond to comments and help draw attention to the profile.
What We're Looking For
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are proficient in German with few spelling or grammar errors.
- You can communicate appropriately and keep conversations flowing naturally.
- You have access to reliable technology (a functioning laptop, PC, or phone) and a stable internet connection.
Nice to Have
- Empathy: The ability to connect with people and understand their perspectives.
- Sales experience: A basic understanding of how to sell products or services.
- Prior experience: Experience in chat-based roles or selling content on paid platforms.
