Wavemaker is looking for a Client Director to be a key point of contact for our clients, developing strong communication recommendations across all channels. In this role, you will drive successful client relationships and lead a results-driven team to deliver high-quality, end-to-end outputs.

What You'll Do

• Be a key point of contact for clients.
• Develop strong communication recommendations across all channels (paid, owned, earned).
• Drive and lead a successful client relationship and a results-driven team.
• Bring together the right people to deliver the highest quality outputs for your client, end to end.
• Ensure deliverables are grounded in client priorities.
• Establish collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports.
• Strengthen key stakeholder relationships to deliver great teamwork consistently.
• Build strong relationships with clients, representing the Wavemaker team appropriately.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest quality.
• Elevate your impact and influence within the business.

What We're Looking For

• Proven capability in managing others and being highly collaborative.
• Passion for media and marketing.
• Up-to-date media landscape knowledge, confidently able to articulate macroeconomic and consumer trends and forecast challenges and opportunities for clients.
• Excellent communicator with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the patience to examine detail and create solutions.
• Results-driven nature, passionate about delivering business results for clients, with the ability to identify and clearly articulate what's working and why.
