QualDerm Partners is hiring a Remote Central Scheduling Specialist to manage and coordinate patient appointments across our various practice locations. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while ensuring each patient feels valued and supported.
What You'll Do

- Handle a high volume of calls while providing exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma
Nice to Have
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations

- Microsoft Office applications

- Compensation: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
