TechOp Solutions was looking for a Remote Call Center Representative

TechOp Solutions is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to support client operations by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information. The role requires handling high-volume calls while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and track incoming calls.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems.
  • Accurately record all details in accordance with established procedures.
  • Conduct database and open-source research.
  • Route and escalate calls appropriately.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • An Associate's Degree.
  • Proven ability to multitask while simultaneously communicating and inputting data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in handling sensitive information.
