TechOp Solutions is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to support client operations by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information. The role requires handling high-volume calls while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Answer and track incoming calls.
- Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems.
- Accurately record all details in accordance with established procedures.
- Conduct database and open-source research.
- Route and escalate calls appropriately.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- An Associate's Degree.
- Proven ability to multitask while simultaneously communicating and inputting data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in handling sensitive information.
