Valatam is hiring a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Assistant to deliver outstanding support to our customers. This is a 100% remote, full-time position where you will engage with customers in both English and Spanish, building relationships and ensuring satisfaction from your home office in Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries in English and Spanish.
- Follow up on cancellations and attempt to reschedule services.
- Provide accurate information about products and processes.
- Handle inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contact existing customers to provide updates and build relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 1 – 5 years of experience in customer service or bilingual support roles.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and a backup connection.
- Availability to work from listed countries without travel commitments for the first four months.
Nice to Have
- Remote experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

- Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 – $870/month (experience-based).
