Fixpoint is seeking experienced Reservation & Transportation Ticket Agents and Travel Clerks for a contract-based research project. You will contribute your domain expertise to a research initiative with a leading AI company, helping to articulate the challenges, skillsets, and benchmarks for excellence within your profession.
What You'll Do
- Examine passenger documentation to determine destinations and assign boarding passes.
- Trace lost, delayed, or misdirected baggage for customers.
- Check baggage and cargo and direct passengers to designated loading locations.
- Provide boarding or disembarking assistance to passengers needing special assistance.
- Confer with customers to determine their service requirements and travel preferences.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-time work experience as a Reservation & Transportation Ticket Agent or Travel Clerk.
- Native-level English communication skills.
- Current U.S. residency.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week project engagement.
