Paired is looking for a Senior Investment Banker with M&A experience to join our prominent U.S.-based investment firm. In this remote role, you will provide comprehensive financial analysis and support for merger and acquisition transactions, playing a vital part in our firm's success.
What You'll Do
- Create complex financial models for valuations, performance forecasting, and financial planning.
- Review accounting standards (GAAP) to understand financial statements and determine if changes are needed.
- Build detailed presentation materials with advanced PowerPoint abilities.
- Assist in all stages of deal execution, including preparing marketing materials, conducting due diligence, and drafting documents.
- Support senior bankers in developing client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, focusing on M&A, private equity, or similar fields.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey insights and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- English fluency.
