About the Role
This position supports the administration of employee benefits programs, focusing on data accuracy, compliance, and responsive support for employees and clients.
Responsibilities
- Process new benefits enrollments and changes with precision
- Verify accuracy of employee benefits data across systems
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits options and coverage
- Assist in coordinating health, dental, and retirement plan administration
- Maintain up-to-date records for all benefits transactions
- Support open enrollment periods with timely communication and setup
- Review benefits documentation for completeness and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly
- Track deadlines for benefits reporting and submissions
- Provide clear explanations of plan details to employees
- Assist with auditing benefits records for regulatory alignment
- Generate reports on benefits participation and usage
- Follow established procedures for data privacy and security
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary
- Stay current with changes in benefits regulations
- Input and update employee data in benefits platforms
- Confirm eligibility for benefits based on policy guidelines
- Assist in preparing materials for employee onboarding sessions
- Monitor employee communications for benefits-related questions
- Support third-party vendor coordination for benefits services
- Ensure timely processing of life and disability claims
- Maintain organized digital files for benefits documentation
- Participate in training on new benefits systems and tools
- Help ensure consistency in benefits communications
- Contribute to process improvements in benefits administration
Compensation
$45,000 – $52,000 annually
