Tellos, Inc. is looking for a Remote BCBA Practice Leader to build and manage an independent ABA practice with our platform support. This role requires residence in or near Clemson, SC and offers the autonomy to deliver high-quality, personalized care while we handle administrative burdens.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans, setting measurable goals.
- Interview, supervise, train, and support RBTs in treatment plan implementation.
- Evaluate client progress and make data-driven adjustments to care.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.
- Help guide staff on features critical for delivering the best quality of care to families.
- Communicate with internal teams on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
- Masters Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, personalized ABA care.
- Drive and a strong desire to establish and run an independent practice.
- Excellent communication skills.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year.
Work Mode
This is a remote position, but you must live in or near Clemson, SC to serve the local client community.
