Join Uptalent.io as a Remote Architectural Designer. In this role, you will create architectural designs and documentation using Vectorworks software, collaborating with cross-functional teams on residential and commercial projects.
What You'll Do
- Create architectural designs and layouts using Vectorworks software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
- Produce 3D Models and Renderings.
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary data for design purposes.
- Ensure adherence to project requirements, U.S building codes, and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks software with demonstrated experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Previous experience working on residential and commercial projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Portfolio showcasing previous architectural design work.
