Role Overview
This position is responsible for ensuring the ongoing reliability of an aircraft fleet through detailed analysis of maintenance data and proactive identification of systemic issues. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, the analyst supports technical decision-making by transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. The role works closely with internal teams and regulatory entities to uphold safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and evaluate maintenance records from platforms such as CAMP, Power BI, and other data systems to assess fleet performance.
- Track aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events, unscheduled repairs, and recurring faults to detect patterns affecting availability.
- Create visual reports and dashboards that highlight reliability trends and improvement opportunities for leadership and regulatory review.
- Conduct regular reviews at both individual aircraft and fleet-wide levels to support proactive maintenance planning.
- Analyze component and system failures to recommend corrective actions that reduce downtime and repeat issues.
- Support formal reliability programs by preparing meeting materials, monitoring corrective action progress, and identifying areas for process refinement.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Control, Technical Services, and Operations teams to implement data-backed initiatives tied to key performance indicators.
- Maintain compliance with FAA standards and internal reliability protocols during audits, inspections, and reporting cycles.
- Continuously improve analytical methods and contribute to the evolution of the organization’s reliability framework.
Qualifications
A degree in aviation, operations, or management is preferred, though extensive hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance or reliability analysis may substitute. Candidates should demonstrate:
- Minimum of four years in maintenance data analysis or within Part 145, 135, or military aviation settings.
- At least three years of professional aviation experience.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Avianis, CAMP, Corridor, ADP, Salesforce.com, or NetSuite is a plus.

Technical Environment
The role leverages tools including CAMP, Power BI, Avianis, Corridor, ADP, Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and the Microsoft Office suite for data analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
Work Model
This is a remote position with flexibility to work from any location. Occasional travel may be required based on operational needs.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000 annually. Employees are eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program tied to individual and company performance. Additional benefits include:
