Kohl's is seeking a Relay Testing Engineer to join our team in the Technology, Information And Media sector. This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in Uttar Pradesh / North India. You will play a key role in validating and ensuring the performance of critical relay systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute detailed test plans for relay systems and protective schemes.
- Perform functional, integration, and performance testing on relay hardware and software.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and generate comprehensive technical reports.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in testing protection relays, control systems, or similar electrical equipment.
- Strong understanding of power system protection principles and relay logic.
- Practical experience with relay testing tools and software (e.g., Doble, Omicron, SEL).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
Work Mode
This role is a fully remote position. You must be located in and legally authorized to work in Uttar Pradesh / North India.
