Kohl's is seeking a Relay Testing Engineer to join our team in the Technology, Information And Media sector. This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in Uttar Pradesh / North India. You will play a key role in validating and ensuring the performance of critical relay systems.

What You'll Do

Design and execute detailed test plans for relay systems and protective schemes.
Perform functional, integration, and performance testing on relay hardware and software.
Analyze test results, document findings, and generate comprehensive technical reports.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing procedures.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in testing protection relays, control systems, or similar electrical equipment.
Strong understanding of power system protection principles and relay logic.
Practical experience with relay testing tools and software (e.g., Doble, Omicron, SEL).
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical standards.
Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
