- Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues
- Oversee regression, integration, and system testing cycles
- Mentor team members on best practices in quality assurance
- Evaluate product requirements for testability and clarity
- Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency
- Maintain detailed test documentation and reporting
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and sprint timelines
- Facilitate QA involvement in sprint planning and reviews
- Monitor key quality metrics and report on team performance
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
- Validate user stories against acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers
- Ensure test environments are properly configured and maintained
- Perform risk assessments for release candidates
- Verify data integrity and system behavior under various conditions
- Conduct performance and scalability testing when required
