Fiserv is hiring a Relationship Manager to focus on building strategic partnerships with Enterprise clients. Your primary objective will be securing new business for Fiserv's wide range of Merchant Acquiring products and solutions through complex solution sales and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Orchestrate sales campaigns for Omnichannel Digital Product Solutions, establishing and maintaining senior-level relationships.
- Maintain regular client communication, articulating the Fiserv value proposition while managing multiple opportunities.
- Develop, execute, and continuously revise a vertical plan to maximize business opportunities.
- Create comprehensive client proposals including solutions, financial justifications, growth plans, and timelines.
- Build detailed account plans for aspirational clients and new cross-sales opportunities, negotiating pricing and contract terms.
- Work within virtual team settings, coordinating resources like account managers and solution consultants.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of Merchant Acquiring Sales experience handling payment processing solutions in a quota-carrying environment.
- 8+ years of successful new business generation and solution selling with deep market understanding.
- 8+ years of experience navigating complex, matrix organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives with a client-focused approach.
- 8+ years of experience with influence and negotiation skills, plus a solid understanding of industry processes and compliance.
- Availability to travel domestically up to 60%.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
Nice to Have
- A proven track record in technology software or services sales to large accounts.
- Familiarity with Fiserv and former First Data product offerings.
- Ability to execute the Fiserv Way of Selling, including our Expert Selling Force Management framework.
- An MBA is preferred.
Team & Environment
You will work within virtual team settings, coordinating resources like account managers, solution consultants, and implementation/service teams.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $71,400.00 - $151,900.00.
