The University of Tasmania is looking for a Relationship Manager to help deliver its domestic recruitment strategy, increasing the number of Tasmanian and interstate students. In this role, you will be instrumental in building stakeholder relationships, developing data-informed plans, and representing the University professionally at events.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and proactively strengthen working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine data-informed recruitment plans that guide prospective students toward enrolment.
- Play a lead role in staffing key internal and external University events.
- Represent the University professionally at regional and interstate engagements.
- Support recruitment strategies for engaging prospective students in new and existing markets.

- Demonstrated success in student recruitment or business development.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
- The ability to prepare and present information to people from a range of backgrounds.
- Capacity to undertake extensive domestic travel.

- Experience preferably within the Australian education sector.
Team & Environment
This role is part of the Recruitment and Engagement team and reports to the Manager, Future Students.
Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary within the range of $92,120 to $99,891 plus 17% superannuation.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Launceston.
