HSBC Group is looking for a VP Relationship Manager, Global Corporate to manage and grow a portfolio of Global Corporate customers in Jakarta. You will be accountable for achieving business objectives, managing service, risk, and operational delivery while driving aggressive market penetration.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of Global Corporate customers, with accountability for achieving business objectives, service, risk, and operational delivery.
- Identify and acquire new customers and grow market share from existing portfolios to achieve aggressive market penetration and financial targets.
- Manage portfolios of Global Corporate clients in Jakarta, with decisions and actions taken within parameters agreed with your Line Manager and in accordance with Credit Guidelines, policies, and regulations issued by Bank Indonesia.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive Corporate Banking experience with recent exposure in a front line role, including exposure to sales, commercial lending, credit structures, risk assessment, and trade finance.
- Evidence of building long-term customer relationships and achieving stretching revenue goals.
- In-depth understanding of the local market, including regulatory landscape.
- Proven track record of portfolio growth and new-to-bank business acquisition.
- Solid experience in a frontline position.
- Relevant Risk Management Certification.
