As a Relationship Manager, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of small and medium-sized business customers, providing expert consultation on our software and online marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture your own dedicated customer portfolio, building long-term personal relationships.
- Provide proactive customer care by reaching out preemptively.
- Offer expert consultation on online marketing and software applications.
- Answer customer questions via written, phone, and channels like WhatsApp.
- Act as the central contact for all concerns, from feature requests to bug reports.
- Verify bugs and collect detailed information on feature wishes for development.
- Continuously identify improvement potential and share proactively with the team.
- Represent Digistore24 at international VIP customer events, business lunches, or trade fairs.
- Stay on top of customer activity on social media through regular, appreciative comments.
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of experience in customer care or account management.
- Skill in communicating complex matters expertly in writing and orally.
- Structured, reliable work style with the ability to set priorities independently.
- Excellent planning skills to maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
- High motivation to continuously follow current trends and enjoy independently learning new topics.
- Precise and recipient-friendly communication.
- Ability to defuse potential conflicts with tact and solution orientation.
- Ability to find the right tone with customers and team, even under time pressure.
- Ability to seamlessly switch to English if necessary.
- Effective work from a home office.
- Flexibility for occasionally occurring late customer appointments.
- Enjoy analyzing and solving (technical) problems.
- Flexibility in your customers' preferred communication channels.
- Preference for long-term customer care over short-term inquiries.

Team & Environment
