What You'll Do
Guide clients through recovery by assessing their physical, functional, and psychosocial needs after injury or illness. You’ll work closely with them to set meaningful goals and create custom rehabilitation strategies that support long-term reintegration into work and daily life.
Take ownership of case management from start to finish—coordinating with medical professionals, employers, and insurers, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as needed. Offer expert insight in your clinical field, whether in ergonomics, functional capacity, or workplace modifications, to promote safe and sustainable outcomes.
Build trusted relationships across a network of stakeholders, helping align clients, healthcare providers, and organisations around a shared vision of recovery and capability.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology and are registered with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP). You’re committed to ethical practice, client-centred care, and maintaining professional integrity across diverse situations.
A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel are essential, as work may take place in homes, workplaces, or remote locations. You must be able to pass a national criminal history check and hold a valid Working with Children Check. Full Australian work rights are required.
Success in this role calls for adaptability, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset focused on problem-solving and positive outcomes.
Benefits
This role offers meaningful autonomy—you’ll manage your own schedule and have the flexibility to work across environments while being supported by clinical frameworks and mobile technology.
You’ll receive a laptop and mobile device, ongoing training, and access to leaders who understand clinical practice because they’ve worked in it themselves. Benefits include salary packaging options, performance incentives, and the opportunity to take additional leave.
Our Culture
We value care, respect, and equity in everything we do. Our environment is built on collaboration, empathy, and a commitment to positive change. We actively support diversity and encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, individuals with disability, and those from culturally diverse backgrounds.
