Responsibilities
- Ensure a customer-centric approach by meeting regulatory requirements and coordinating with the SEB group
- Manage non-financial risks
- Provide regulatory support
- Oversee third-party risks
- Lead internal projects
- Prepare key KRI, compliance, and regulatory reports for management and the Board
- Engage in other regulatory processes
- Participate in or drive internal projects
- Offer regulatory support
- Coordinate third-party risk management and first-line controls
- Handle incident management, third-party management, internal audit, compliance monitoring, and mandatory training within the non-financial risk area
Requirements
- Relevant experience in risk, legal, or regulatory tasks within banking or financial services
- Familiarity with funds and financial instruments
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, law, or business administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious and fast-learning mindset
- High level of service orientation, true team player with strong prioritization and execution skills
