Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care in a supportive healthcare environment in Ireland. This position includes a fully paid relocation package to facilitate your move.
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, performing thorough assessments and developing effective care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to established healthcare protocols.
- Monitor patients closely, documenting vital signs and reporting any changes to the medical team promptly.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and recovery processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to formulate and implement holistic patient care plans.
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards to ensure a secure environment for patients and staff.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse in your country, or eligibility for registration in Ireland.
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and engage collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new cultural and professional landscape.
Nice to Have
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical or hospital environment.
