Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Agent for Customer Service to provide unparalleled support and assistance to our Dutch-speaking clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Offer detailed product and service information to clients.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Foster a positive team environment through excellent communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
- Proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to helping customers.
