UMass Memorial Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for our North Pavilion 4/5 unit. This position involves a 32-hour per week evening schedule and centers on the delivery and management of patient care from admission through discharge.
What You'll Do
- Utilize the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessment and reassessment according to standard procedure.
- Develop and coordinate individual plans of care, including discharge planning.
- Direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to others in accordance with job descriptions and competency levels.
What We're Looking For
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
- BLS certification is required for every RN unless advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is current, in addition to any unit-specific certifications and competencies.
- Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.

Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive pay range: $37.51 - $81.95 per hour.
