SE05 Pall Norden AB seeks a Sales Specialist Beer Northern Europe & Benelux (d/f/m) to spearhead growth and expand direct sales and profit margins within the assigned accounts and territory. Reporting to the Sales Manager Beer EUROPE, you will be a key member of the EMEA Food & Beverage team, focusing on the beer market.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer discussions focused on problem-solving, pain points, and long-term value to drive solution creation.
- Build in-depth knowledge of customer processes, applications, constraints, and growth plans to shape commercial strategy.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales funnel in Salesforce-SFDC, ensuring all opportunity details are recorded and updated weekly.
- Participate in recurring funnel reviews, presenting opportunity health, risks, and forecast impact.
- Achieve annual order and revenue objectives through both existing customers and net new business development.
- Drive opportunity progression from qualification to close by executing a disciplined sales process.
What We're Looking For
- A trained engineer, food technician, and/or a science-related degree.
- Knowledge of the Food and Beverages market.
- Proven successful track record in sales with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in either the Filtration or the food industry.
- Ability to travel 50%, averaging 2-3 overnight stays per week.
- A clean driving license.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the beer market in a sales role.
